Inspiration to help you celebrate bars reopening in Montreal.

6 cocktail recipes that will seriously upgrade your gin soda

As restrictions continue to ease across the province, a lot of people are jumping at the chance to get back out and rediscover their neighbourhood bars. Slowly but surely, life is going back to normal and people are returning to their old routines.

Even if your favourite local spot hasn't changed much since your last visit, you may notice that their menus have gotten a bit of a revamp.

At least that's the case at these six Montreal restaurants, which have all recently started serving Bombay Bramble: Riverside St-Henri, Burgundy Lion, Wolf & Workman, Bar Palco, Beatrice Ristorante and Mile Public House.

This new, bold gin is bursting with 100% natural flavours and a unique blackberry-raspberry taste — all with no added sugar. On your next night out, you can elevate your go-to gin and tonic, or look for a cocktail made with Bombay Bramble instead.

Not ready to head back out just yet? No problem. You can try these recipes at home during your own personal happy hour.

Innovation and craftsmanship set this new gin apart from others, primarily because of Bombay Sapphire's unique Vapour Infusion process, which results in a well-balanced gin that is dry, fresh and vibrant.

Instead of using artificial flavours, colours or added sugar after distillation, freshly harvested blackberries and raspberries are used to create a rich fruit infusion.

Whether you're toasting to the reopening of patios or simply looking for unique drinks to try with friends, Bombay Bramble can transform any basic gin-based drink into a delightful cocktail.
