If you were awake early this morning, you may have felt the earthquake that hit Quebec at 7:03 a.m.

According to Earthquakes Canada, it was "lightly felt in Montréal, Repentigny and Joliette, QC."

On Twitter, it was defined as having been of a 4.0 magnitude, while the website says it was a 3.9.

There have been no reports of any damages thus far.

At the time of writing this article, 137 people responded to the tweet above saying where in Quebec they were able to feel it — many said they felt it in parts of Montreal. Another 50+ individuals responded to the English version of the tweet, with various responses describing having felt a "bang."
