Premier François Legault's conference at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18 is going to be a big one. According to TVA Nouvelles, the premier is expected to announce the end of curfew in Quebec.

Reports say the province-wide curfew will see its end on May 28, with the exception of "emergency areas."

Legault confirmed in a tweet on Sunday that at Tuesday's conference, the government will be revealing its deconfinement plan.

Along with the end of the five-month curfew, Radio-Canada reported that restaurants in red zones, including those in Montreal, would be able to open terrasses for outdoor dining as of May 28 as well.
