An AMBER Alert has been issued for Norah, 11, and Romy Carpentier, 6, from Lévis, Quebec.

The alert was communicated to many Quebec cellular devices, a method used by the Alerte AMBER Québec Program at approximately 3:24 p.m. The Sûreté du Québec has also shared the alert on its official Twitter account.

Above are photos of the two children and the suspect.

Norah is described as "thin. Wearing a white cap and white 'Nike' sandals." The other girl, Romy, is reported to have been "wearing a pink shirt, heart-shaped earrings and red nail polish."

Currently, Martin Carpentier, 44, has been listed as the suspect. He is described as "wearing a grey t-shirt and jeans, maybe glasses."
