At a press conference on Thursday, Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé announced that starting from April 30 and continuing over the next few weeks, Quebec vaccination appointments will open up to the entire adult population on Clic Santé. 

As of April 30, anyone 50 to 59 years old can book an appointment, then, every two days, "we'll descend a five-year age category," according to Dubé.
