Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (CDN-NDG) borough is getting the short end of the stick when it comes to public parks, Alex Montagano, of Équipe CDN-NDG / Team CDN-NDG, told MTL Blog.
