From lofts in new developments to charming two-bedrooms, Montreal is brimming with incredible apartments. But are they affordable? Not always — unless you’ve found your slice of home in one of the many MONDEV rental projects.

They specialize in constructing affordable luxury rental buildings in the most prominent districts of Montreal. The buildings offer condo-style living with high-end finishes and luxury amenities for all budgets (units start from just $1,020), so whether you're renting a studio or a penthouse, you'll likely end up with a fully-equipped gym, pool, rooftop terrace, and lounge with unobstructed views of the city.

This marks the first time the City of Montreal has exercised its 'right of first refusal' to acquire a property for rental housing in any borough.

"This right of first refusal allows us to seize an opportunity and invest in social housing, for which there is a crying need," explained Robert Beaudry, executive committee member responsible for property management, planning, housing, major parks, and Parc Jean-Drapeau.
