By now you've probably heard that Montreal fashion retail royalty, Le Château, is closing its stores.

The company is now having liquidations "to proceed with the sale of its assets and wind down of its operations," according to a press release.

And who doesn't love a good deal, right?

For 60 years, Le Château has brought closet staples and fashion-forward items to Montrealers, Canadians and people all over the world.

Discounts of up to 40% off on all items online and in-store began on November 2, 2020.

Le Château is just one of many Canadian retail stores that have been forced to close up shop this year.

Other Montreal stores that have had to close during 2020 include DAVIDsTEA and Lolë.
