If you love spending your days skating away, this one's for you. Atrium Le 1000 officially reopened its doors on February 26 with some new rules.

The arena will offer reservations for an hour and a half slots, which must be made at least a day before by phone.

Editor's Choice: Go Outside... The Last Days Of February Are Expected To Be Above Zero

Atrium le 1000 told MTL Blog that each skater is allowed to book one time slot per day to allow everyone to get on the ice.

From February 26 until March 7, the available times will be 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., and 3:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

On March 1, Atrium let MTL Blog know that "time slots are full until this Sunday March 7, so ... people can still contact us at 514 395-0555 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. if they wish to reserve a time slot starting Monday, March 8th."*

"As of March 8th, the 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. time slot will no longer be available from Monday to Friday."*

Admission will be at a reduced rate of $5 and skate rentals will be $5, too.

To ensure the health and safety of staff and guests, everyone over the age of ten must wear a mask at all times and everyone must stay two-metres apart.

Atrium Le 1000 is asking people to prioritize the use of card payments to minimize contact.

Happy skating, everyone!
