Now that life is slowly getting back to normal, it's exciting to know that so many great places throughout Montreal are reopening. From restaurants to public gardens, many local spots will be accessible to the public in the following weeks. Montreal's MAC (Musée d’art contemporain) is one of them. The museum has officially announced that it will be reopening its doors on June 24, 2020.\nAnd, if this news isn't enough to get you excited, this might be the icing on the cake! For the first day of its reopening, the museum will be free to visit.\nThis reopening comes right in time for Quebec's national day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste.\nThe museum will also be operating under a new schedule, opening from Wednesday to Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.\n“I am pleased to announce free admission to the MAC on June 24 for our first day of reopening," John Zeppetelli, Director and Chief Curator of the MAC, said in a statement.\nFor the first day, as well as the days that follow, visitors should book their tickets and time slots online.
