Environment Canada Has Issued A Heat Warning For Montreal

It's going to be another uncomfortably hot day in Montreal.

Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for the island and surrounding areas, including Laval and Longueuil.

40 The peak humidex value forecasted by Environment Canada for Thursday.

"A warm and humid air mass will settle over Southern Quebec today," the agency says.

"The combined values of temperature and humidity will give humidex values that will reach 40."

The heat is thankfully "expected to taper off in the evening with the onset of precipitation."
