Montreal's Museum Of Fine Arts Just Announced Its Official Reopening Date

Rejoice! If you've been wondering what to do with your time lately, you'll be happy to know Montreal's Museum of Fine Arts will be opening its doors to the public again shortly.

The Government of Quebec recently announced that museums, hairdressers and stores will be allowed to reopen as of February 8.

February 11 When the MMFA will be open to the public again

And the MMFA acted on this new decision quickly and has decided to reopen as of February 11.

Anyone looking to visit the museum will be able to book tickets online starting February 9.

If you're wondering what you'll be able to lay your eyes on at the museum, the press release says, "Four exhibitions brimming with artistic discoveries and reflections on the major issues of our time will be presented."

Individuals will be able to check out the following four exhibitions: 

- Riopelle: The Call of Northern Landscapes and Indigenous Cultures

- GRAFIK! Five Centuries of German and Austrian Graphics

- Manuel Mathieu: Survivance

- Yehouda Chaki: Mi Makir; A Search for the Missing

So, get your mask and love of art ready — the day many Montrealers have been waiting for is around the corner!
