"Right now, everything is in place to meet this deadline," the park's head of communications, Gabrielle Meloche, confirmed to Narcity Québec.

New measures will change the experience a bit, however.

Visitors will be able to reserve a time slot online, choosing from four blocks: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The locker rooms and lockers will not be accessible, so beach-goers will have to arrive showered and already in their bathing suits.

Access to the beach costs $8 for adults, taxes included.
