The Montreal SPCA Needs Your Help Finding Forever Homes For 43 Tiny Abandoned Rats

If you've been considering getting a new furry friend for some time now, the Montreal SPCA is ready to introduce you to one.

The animal shelter is currently searching for forever homes for 43 rats that were left in boxes outside its door last week, "despite the possible legal consequences of such an act."

The SPCA is hoping to provide these cute, abandoned creatures with the better lives that they deserve, which is why it's trying to set all 43 of them up with new adoptive families as soon as possible.

If you're seriously considering adding one of these little guys to your family, you can fill out the SPCA's adoption-by-appointment form. Currently, only male rats are up for adoption.

Just think: soon you may have your very own Ratatouille by your side.
