The 40,000-square-foot "culinary playground" in the Eaton Centre is hiring cashiers, cooks, bartenders, sales clerks, pizza makers, bakers, baristas and hosts.

The June 9 open house is one of three, with the other two taking place on June 7 and 8. 

It will be held at 705, rue Sainte-Catherine O., and doors are open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
