3 Montreal School Staff Members Are In Confinement After Testing Positive For COVID-19
Those who had contact with them have also been removed from their schools.
Centre de services scolaire de la Pointe-de-l'Île (CSSPI) communications director Valérie Biron has confirmed to MTL Blog that three Montreal schools, École secondaire Henri-Bourassa, École Jules-Verne, and École François La Bernarde, have each had one staff member recently test positive for COVID-19.
The CSSPI notified parents Thursday morning after receiving a notice from public health authorities late Wednesday.
Public Health confirmed to us that it is safe for students to return to class in our schools.

At each school, the infected individual "had not been in contact with any students and was immediately placed in confinement," according to Biron.
"Since the distancing measures have been rigorously applied since the return of the staff," she said, only a few additional staff members have been removed from the schools.
Public health authorities have given the okay for students to return to all three schools.
