Cathy Gringas, the current spouse of Martin Carpentier, who is the lead suspect for the recent Quebec Amber Alert about the disappearance of his daughters, Norah, 11, and Romy, 6, has sent a message to her husband for their safe return.

The video was released on the Sûreté du Québec's Twitter page on Friday, July 10 at 12:30 p.m. The Alerte AMBER Québec system has been active on their disappearance since Thursday, July 9.

According to Global News, investigators believe that the three of them were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Highway 20 in Saint-Apollinaire on Wednesday night. When the car was found, it was abandoned and it is believed that Martin and his daughters fled the scene by foot.

Fighting through tears, she says she has not heard from her partner and just wants to know that Norah and Romy are OK, and Martin, as well.

People are asked to contact 9-1-1 immediately if they see the three or if they have any information.
