If you're a Canadian Costco fan, it may be disappointing to learn of their latest recall, one that now affects Kirkland Signature fans across the nation: there were metal pieces found in a pasta sold by the retailer.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) said as much in a release published on January 16. The affected pasta is Kirkland Signature's Four Cheese and Spinach Manicotti Marinara, which the CFIA says has been sold nationally.

It appears as if we've got another recall on our hands! On March 16, Health Canada announced a new recall concerning a popular children's toy. The recalled toy in question is the B. toys Wooden Activity Toddler Walker, which consumers are being told to "immediately stop using" due to a choking hazard.

"This recall involves the B. toys Wooden Activity Toddler Walker - Walk 'n' Learn, wooden toddler walkers, models BX2008, BX2095 and BX2126. The product is a wooden activity walker with yellow sides, blue wheels and multicoloured activity features on the front," Health Canada said.

It's another day and another cosmetic recall. On March 4, Health Canada issued a recall for a makeup remover due to microbial contamination. The product in question is the Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar water makeup remover (850 ml) and consumers are being urged to "immediately stop using the product."

Health Canada stated that "some recalled products could contain a common microorganism called Serratia marcescens." While this microorganism rarely causes any severe infection in healthy individuals, it can be dangerous for those with a weakened immune system or other favourable conditions, such as recent surgery.

A deodorant that has been sold across Canada could be toxic to your health. According to a February 21 press release issued by Health Canada, a Brut brand aerosol deodorant has been recalled due to the potential presence of a chemical hazard.

Health Canada states that the recall involves Brut Classic Aerosol Spray Deodorant (154 g), which may contain benzene.
