The Dômesicle series at Montreal's Société des Arts Technologiques (SAT) is returning with five more immersive parties where you can dance the night away this winter and be hypnotized by delightful visuals.

Montreal's SAT (the Société des arts technologiques) has released its summer 2022 program, including yet another set of free outdoor movie screenings in downtown Montreal. But unlike other film festivals and events coming to the city this summer, these will feature live soundtrack performances.

And not just regular presentations of original film soundtracks, either. SAT ciné-concert attendees will witness featured artists improvise all-new soundtracks — a spectacle of live invention.

If you've ever been at a party that felt like it was ending too soon, then NON STOP 24/24 might be for you. From May 21 to 23, Montreal's SAT (Société des arts technologiques) will host a 29-hour dance party featuring more than 30 artists. While the party keeps bumping, the drinks will also keep flowing. The party has an unusual exemption from the city to operate its liquor license for 24 hours straight.

It's the first time in the country that an event space has been granted permission to serve alcohol for that long. Organizers say they're working on a plan to make sure residents living near the SAT won't be negatively impacted by partygoers consuming drinks.

If you know me at all, you know that one of my biggest life passions is wine. For me, there's nothing better than a nice glass of chilled white wine at breakfast, except maybe for a hearty red selection with dinner (and also a nice glass of rosee right before bed, to round off the day). Suffice to say, wine is my whole life.

So you can imagine how thrilled I was to learn about the Les Turbulents - Salon Des Vignerons Naturels event taking place on April 17, 2016 at the Société Des Arts Technologiques ( 1201 Boul St-Laurent ).
