One of Montreal's best vegan and vegetarian spots, Lola Rosa, has reopened its doors after months of mandatory shutdown. Not only is it bringing back its classics, but offering multiple ways for people to enjoy their food and suit their needs as we head into a post-pandemic life.

Since 2012, Lola Rosa has been the go-to spot for vegan and vegetarian food but has become popular among all Montrealers for its gorgeous decor and signature cocktails.

Quick to adapt to the pandemic situation, the restaurant chain began to offer a grocery-box, available for pick-up and delivery, with all of the items needed to enjoy classic Lola dishes from the comfort of home.

On June 5, all three locations, Milton, Parc, and Place des Arts, reopened, which means you can go pick up your favourite nachos again — among other things.

The restaurant's latest announcement is the weekly menu from the Lola Market, offering new creations based on what's fresh and in season.

The pandemic may have us trying to find ways to exist in a "new normal," but it's nice to see that some things, like Lola Rosa's famous mountain of nachos, continues to live on.

Due to the high demand and the belief that people will still be looking to cook at home for the foreseeable future, the grocery-box option will continue also.

As for takeout, it's three locations in Montreal all have different menus, which we've shared with you below.

But one of the things they all have in common: Lola's Nachos.

And honestly, what could be a better picnic snack?

Other options include classics like the Indian curry and sweet potato fries.
