This new spot in Montreal is the perfect mix of Instagrammable and Quebec cuisine. Bivouac opens its doors on June 10 in the Quartier des Spectacles, with a beautiful terrasse. Plus, the view of downtown is breathtaking.
The restaurant offers a boreal-inspired menu created by chef Xavier Dahan. To do so, each region of Quebec is represented in the dishes found on the menu.

You'll be able to eat Quebec specialties such as salmon with Romeo's Gin, marinated deer tataki, or smoked bison.

The restaurant also has a bar with hand-made lighting and custom-made benches. You can try various beers, cider and mead, along with the 80 wines on the menu.

Developed in collaboration with the cooking school Ateliers & Saveurs Montréal, the 3,600-square-foot terrasse is a beautiful relaxation area that overlooks the Quartier des Spectacles.
