The STM Is Hiring Students For Summer Jobs In Montreal That Pay Almost $30/Hour

If you're a student looking for a summer job in Montreal to save money before school starts again, look no further than the student job opportunities at the STM that are paying close to $30 per hour.

The transit company is looking to hire maintenance workers in their various facilities and is taking applications until April 26.

Maintenance workers are required to work in three areas of the STM, including the maintenance of subways, the stations throughout the city, buses, and transit centres.

The job involves cleaning the metro cars, both inside and out, and removing graffiti. Those who work in the stations will be cleaning the platforms and other facilities, as well as picking up the rubbish and answering questions from clients.

The salary is $29.77 per hour upon hiring and you'll need to be available to work days, evenings and nights.
