While positions are available all over the province, the most are needed in Montreal and Québec City, plus in regions around the St. Lawrence River.

As for what positions the industry is looking to fill, there's a high need for:

  • lifeguards, adventure guide, hunting and fishing guides
  • cooks and assistant cooks
  • maintenance employees for sites and buildings, janitors for sanitary facilities and hotels, groundskeepers
  • customer service, reservations and sales agents, attendants for rides, receptionists and night auditors
  • food and beverage servers

If you're looking to secure yourself a summer job and any of these positions sound appealing to you, you can go to the Trouver un emploi section on the MonEmploiEnTourisme website to apply.
