Some brief flurries fell on the city as the temperature reached about 2 C at around 9:00 a.m.

Environment Canada has forecasted a "chance of rain showers or flurries" until 12:00 p.m. when the temperature will climb to 5 C.

As of the time of writing, it's the only snow in the forecast for Montreal this week.

Environment Canada forecasts sunny skies and temperatures between 3 and 7 C from Thursday through Saturday.

It'll be 10 C and rainy on Sunday.

Nighttime temps, however, could dip as low as -5 C on Friday and Monday.
