The Quebec premier shared a photo of his younger self ahead of the provincial graduation day and the hairdo is either very '70s or very Justin Bieber, depending on how you look at it (turns out fashion is cyclical).

"It's Graduation Day. After all their efforts, our young people deserve to be recognized for their hard work, their success, but most of all their resilience," Legault wrote in the Instagram post caption.
