This Downtown Montreal Rooftop Pool Feels Like A Tropical Resort

The summer is short in Montreal, which means we have to take full advantage of all possible pool days. Thank goodness Club LaCité's downtown rooftop pool is reopening to the public on June 7.
If you want to feel like you've been transported to a resort in Cuba or anywhere in the Caribbean — without leaving Montreal — then this place is about to become your summer hangout spot.

Club LaCité's pool is two levels with a waterfall and sits on a huge property with a lawn, juice bar, tennis court, lounge chairs, gardens, terrasses and gym facilities.
As vice president of Club LaCité, Christophe Pilaire, put it, there's "enough space to accommodate people — even social distancing."
Masks will be mandatory indoors but not outdoors.
A day pass costs $15 for non-members and no reservation is required.
