No response has yet been recieved, but the status seems to hint that Piknic could very well be back for summer 2021. This article will be updated upon recieving a response.\nIn the comment section, Piknic added "To all our loyal 2020 pass holders, you will have access to a pre-sale. We're not forgetting you, you are our favourites!"\nAccording to the government's announcement on May 18, as of June 25, festivals in Quebec without seating sections will be allowed for up to 2,500 attendees.
