But the winner of BonusFinder's professional ice-cream tester competition tasted about 20 different flavours before selecting his favourite.

According to the post, they're looking for "patty professionals with the perfect palettes to judge" based on: patty texture, patty seasoning, bun softness, bun taste, complexity of flavours used, relish and/or sauce taste, cheese flavour and creaminess, value for money, and quality of the ingredients.
