Brace yourselves, Montreal — the Old Port is about to reach new heights. Starting in April 2025, thrill-seekers can take the plunge at Canada's tallest urban bungee jump as it makes its way to the Convoyeurs Tower.
Montreal Bungee announced the project on Thursday, revealing plans for a 210-foot jump that promises sweeping views of downtown, the St. Lawrence River, and the South Shore — for those brave enough to take the leap.
The attraction, developed by the creators of Tyrolienne MTL Zipline, has been in the works for four years.
"While the zipline has attracted a wide audience ranging from 2 to 93 years old since its inception in 2015, we wanted to offer an attraction that takes things up a notch," founder Samuel Cadotte said in a press release shared with MTL Blog. "After four years of hard work, we're excited to welcome our first jumpers starting in April 2025."

Open from March to December, seven days a week, the jump will offer both daytime and nighttime sessions thanks to a custom lighting system. Tickets are priced at $179 per jump, and anyone aged 14 and up can participate (minors will need adult supervision).
With a $2.4 million investment and a 20-year lease, Montreal Bungee is here for the long haul. The project will also create around 30 jobs and has gained support from Tourisme Montréal, the Ministry of Tourism, the Montreal Port Authority, and the Old Port of Montreal Corporation.
