13 Terrasses In Montreal That Are Still Open So You Can Continue 5 à 7ing

It's that time of year again. Summer's over and it's time to pull out your sweaters and head to a pumpkin patch because  fall is here! And while most locals are mourning the loss of summer, one thing that we can still bring with us is drinks on a Montreal terrasse.

When it comes to making the most out of every season, Montrealers know a thing or two about making the best of a bad situation.

But even we can admit that we're quite stubborn when it comes to the things that we love to do.

One such thing is 5 à 7s.

And since it feels like winter in the city feels like it lasts 5 à 7 months, we know we have to make the most of terrasse weather while we can.

It may not be as hot as it was in the summer (and this summer was especially hot), but we can still make a toast to being able to have drinks outside.

And don't worry about feeling a little chilly — The drinks will warm you right up.

Located on top of the iconic Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Nacarat is one of the downtown's go-to spots for booze and views. And the food menu's pretty stellar, too.

Grenade is known all over town for its contemporary Asian menu and gorgeous cocktails. The terrasse is also beautifully done and feels like a little oasis in the hustle-bustle of town.

Address: 1134, ave. Mont-Royal E., Montreal, QC

This rhumerie is found downtown and is famous for its bright decor and bold drinks. But don't let the colours trick you into thinking it's just for summer — Its terrasse is a fab choice for the fall, too.

Address: 1455, rue Crescent, Montreal, QC

When you think of one of Montreal's most happening streets, you probably think of Crescent, where you'll find Winnie's. Stop by Winnie's well into the fall to be in the middle of all of the action and never miss a beat.

Over in St-Henri, one of Montreal's coolest neighbourhoods is Riverside's bar and food truck and one of the most popular spots in the borough. And even when the cool air creeps in, the party still stays hot.

Another classic in the Old Port, Perché is one of the best terrasses in the city for some pretty unbelievable views (even for us locals). Be sure to stop by this fall for all of the Perché magic.
