Whenever you're itching to get outside of the city for a little, it's good to know which cool towns near Montreal there are to visit.

While we love Montreal, we also know that sometimes you just need a change of scenery for the day.

There are so many places that offer wildlife, mountain views and more, which aren't too far of a drive from Montreal.

And the best part is that these seven towns are lovely to explore no matter which season you're in.

Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot

Distance From Montreal: 40 minutes
