Montrealers Are Already Flocking To Terrasses & It Feels So Good (PHOTOS)

By around noon on May 28, Montrealers were already flocking to newly opened restaurant and cafe terrasses downtown

Photos show Rue Ste-Catherine and Boulevard Saint-Laurent coming back to life again after a long COVID-19-induced hibernation period.

Slightly chilly 10-degree weather did not stop patio goers who simply sported a light coat, hat or sweater.

Clear skies and sunshine also certainly didn't hurt as Montrealers enjoyed their first restaurant dining experience in several months.

Some downtown terrasses were not yet open, but many of the ones that were open had people on them — and some were even beginning to fill up.
