Tucked along the coast on the route between Quebec City and Tadoussac is the Baie des Rochers, a rocky little inlet with sparkling blue water and a hidden beach where hikers can take in the views.

The bay, which constitutes a municipal park of the same name in the town of Saint-Siméon, has a number of trails to explore.

One, the four-kilometre, intermediate-level Sentier de l'anse de Sable, leads directly to the beach and boat launch, according to Narcity Québec.

For even more photo opportunities, there's the two-kilometre, beginner-level Sentier de la coulée des Mâts, which parallels the jagged coast and passes a number of lookout points, a map posted to the town's tourism site shows.
