Quebecers have been patiently waiting for the reopening of gyms, and one decided to show off just how excited they were by doing a handstand on equipment at an Econofitness in Montreal.

Something tells me they must have been practicing for this moment during all their at-home workouts.

On March 26, the day Montreal gyms were allowed to open their doors again, local gym-goer Youssef, otherwise known as "ntm_tube" on Instagram, caught someone doing full-on upside-down acrobatics at the gym.

Clearly, locals are thrilled that they finally have a space to work out again — this one especially.

While it's a rather impressive workout, we don't recommend trying it at home... or at the gym... or anywhere really.
