Construction is nothing new in Montreal. But sometimes, even Montrealers have no idea what's actually going on with all of these projects.

The STM took to Facebook to update the city on the work that's been going on at Mont-Royal Station.

Announced back in 2018, the project focuses on the station's entrance building, with a focus on accessibility. The biggest aspect will be the two new elevators in the metro station.

Builders are working to create pedestrian tunnels and connect the two platforms and elevators.

In order to install the elevators, the excavation has dug 14 metres below ground.
