Consumers are urged to stop using the affected items immediately and either dispose of them or destroy them. In some cases, you might be able to contact the company for a full refund or replacement.
Health Canada and also reminding consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to these products by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.

Recall Date: August 4, 2024
Recall Reason: Possible Cronobacter spp. contamination, a type of bacetria formerly known as Enterobacter sakazakii.
What You Need To Do: "Do not serve, use, sell, or distribute recalled products," the CFIA says, advising consumers to throw the items out or return them to the location where they were purchased. If you or your child are sick from consuming this cereal, the federal department suggests contacting your healthcare provider.
Note that "food contaminated with Cronobacter may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Although Cronobacter is not commonly linked to human illness, in rare cases it can cause serious or fatal infections," such as necrotizing enterocolitis and blood poisoning (sepsis), especially in newborns, as per the CFIA's warning.

Recall Reason: A small cylindrical metal insert located in the pre-drilled holes of the product's wood frame can come loose, posing a choking hazard.
What You Need To Do: Health Canada says "consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Jeune French Contemporary Upholstered Panel Crib and contact RH for a replacement crib or a full refund of the purchase price." As of July 1, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada two reports of incidents in the U.S. with no resulting injuries.
Lovely Angel brand 'Children’s Nightgowns'

Recall Reason: "The recalled nightgowns do not meet the flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children," reads Health Canada's alert. "Loose-fitting children’s sleepwear can contact ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, and matches more readily than tight-fitting sleepwear, and once ignited will burn rapidly, potentially resulting in severe burns to large areas of the child’s body."
What You Need To Do: Immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Lovely Angel to receive a full refund. Rather than just throwing away the nightgowns, Health Canada says "consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with provincial and municipal laws."
PK Douglass brand 'Toy Race Cars'

Recall Date: August 2, 2024
Recall Reason: Too much lead, which is considered a chemical hazard.

While the company says 1,896 units of the affected products were sold in Canada between October 2022 to July 2024, as of July 25, it had not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
