When you think of markets in Montreal, one of the first ones that come to mind is probably Atwater Market, or maybe Jean-Talon. But did you know that there are many more markets in and around Montreal? There are so many incredible spots to try to give you a taste of what Quebec has to offer.

Because if there are two things we should all take seriously, it's our food and our plants.

Anyone who has a flair for flavour knows that it's not enough to make delicious food. It has to be made with love.

And love is definitely one of the key ingredients when it comes to these vendors.

Since one of the best parts of going to a market is looking around and seeing what you want, why shouldn't your choice of markets be the same?

Whether you're looking for ingredients to make a dish at home, in the mood to add more colourful flowers to your garden, or taking a look for that thing you didn't even know that you needed, take a look at these seven markets on and around the island for the next time you're thinking "Let's go to a market!"
