To help celebrate cabane à sucre season, one of Montreal's favourite ice cream shops, Gaufres et Glaces, is celebrating by offering a gorgeous waffle ice cream cone that celebrates every Canadian's sweet spot for maple syrup. 

Because the only thing more Canadian than eating maple syrup is eating ice cream in the winter... Do Canadians fear the cold? Of course not!

Here for a limited time, the maple syrup waffle is a popular menu item that Montrealers wait all year for.

Filled with maple ice cream, cabane à sucre dip, peanuts, maple sugar cone, and maple cookie, it's a downright maple masterpiece.

Oh, and it's covered in — you guessed it — maple syrup.

The waffles are $10 and here until the end of March.
