All of Quebec will be classified as yellow and green zones as of Monday, as the province moves further along public health's deconfinement plan. As of next week, small indoor gatherings in Montreal will be permitted and bars can reopen with reduced capacity and COVID-19 health measures in effect.\nHowever, bars will close at midnight and alcohol will stop being served at 11 p.m.\nRestaurant seating limits will also be increased to any number of people from a maximum of two different households.
