Montreal Comiccon is throwing down the gauntlet this July with a guest list that's nothing short of elemental. Two princes of fire will ignite fan passions as they reprise their roles from Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Dallas Liu and Dante Basco, who have each brought the complex character of Prince Zuko to life, will be gracing Montreal Comiccon from July 5 to July 7. Attendees will have the rare chance to engage with the stars at the Palais des congrès, where insights into the firebender's motivations and methods are sure to spark lively discussions.

Basco is no stranger to the limelight, with a career spanning several decades that includes an iconic roles in Hook and voice work in Star Wars: Rebels and The Legend of Korra. Meanwhile, Liu joins the Comiccon circuit with fresh acclaim from his roles in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and The Slumber Party.

Meet the makers

Comiccon's Artist Alley is also expanding, bringing more comic book creators and illustrators reshaping the industry. Katie Sawatsky, known for her haunting narratives in Blackmouth and Polybius Dreams, will be showcasing her latest eerie creations.

Rossi Gifford, whose artistry in Spirit Leaves and Bitch Planet has captivated many, will display her unique blend of whimsy and boldness. Joining them are Casey Parsons, whose darkly imaginative work graces the pages of Department of Truth and Ice Cream Man, and John Gallagher, whose concept art has defined the visual aesthetics of The Boys and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
