So to help you get started with your next find to totally impress your friends, we've put together a list of some of the secret Montreal spots, which are either tiny spaces or lesser-known, that every local totally needs to check out at some point in time.

One of Montreal's coolest speakeasies, this bar is totally worth the journey. Don't know where to go? Just follow the duck!


Roch le Coq

This spot in Outremont makes some seriously incredible fried chicken. You can also try one of their burgers or a heaping serving of poutine.


Le Petit Vibe
