Three-year-old Montreal Canadiens megafan Liam Shayton Awashish has been fighting cancer since February and his dream was to go and cheer on the Habs — especially his idol, Carey Price.

Thanks to a Facebook post and the efforts of Clowns Thérapeutiques administrator Josée Gagnon, Liam was able to score tickets to a Stanley Cup game in Montreal.

"This outpouring of support means so much to us," Liam's mother, Pamela Duciaume, told MTL Blog.

Liam will be in attendance for Game 4 at the Bell Centre.

According to his mom, Liam also received a donation to help pay for treatment in Montreal.

"We feel very strongly in our hearts all the love and support that people have given us over the past few days," she said.

"Seeing our son smile so much after all the pain and suffering he has had is a priceless feeling!"
