La Grande Roue's Summer Lineup Includes Mocktails, Yoga Mornings & A Photo Booth

La Grande Roue de Montréal is back with a summer season of yoga, mocktails, children's activities and more.

The giant Ferris wheel — and the tallest observation wheel in Canada — is open seven days a week, rain or shine. It sits in an Old Port square and is lined with colourful lights.

Yoga mornings will be held every Saturday, from June 5 to September 4, while family Sundays at the Old Port will include rotating "street entertainers" for children.

La Grande Roue's team told us they will offer a range of non-alcoholic drinks on Mocktail Wednesdays, where Montrealers can enjoy the wheel's grounds.

For groups who want privacy in an ultra-luxe Ferris wheel car, La Grande Roue is delivering this summer, allowing for private Ferris wheel cabins for each group.

The wheel's cabins are heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, equipped with tempered glass to protect wheel-goers from UV rays.

La Grande Roue will be following strict public health measures for COVID-19, including contactless payment, social distancing and hand-washing.

As always, don't forget to snap a pic in front of the iconic J'♥️ MTL sign.
