This Is The Most Expensive Single-Family Home Sale In Montreal So Far This Year

A property in Senneville is the subject of Montreal Island's "highest single-family home sale" so far in 2021, the office of real estate broker Joseph Montanaro told MTL Blog.
The home — which sold for $8 million, according to the Montreal Gazette — has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The kitchen is particularly ornate — and probably larger than a lot of Montreal apartments.

"But relative to the price point, this was quite a quick sale," he told the media outlet.

While this might have been Montreal Islands's most expensive single-family home sale of 2021, it pales in comparison to the most expensive condo, which sold for $12.9 million in January — an all-time record for Quebec.
