July 1 is around the corner and you know what that means... Nope, not just Canada's birthday, but it's also moving day. So, everyone is looking for Montreal apartments for rent. As with any move, there's always lots to consider, and with the current heatwave that we're in, air conditioning is definitely a top priority.

Now, I know that when it's -40 C, it's easy to forget what 40 C feels like. As is the Canadian circle of life, we're about to experience 40 C and forget that -40 C is even possible.

Of course, other things to consider are walkability, commute and what's nearby. But as we continue to work from home, it's important to keep as comfortable and as cool as possible.

Speaking of working from home, there's no question that the moving season in 2020 will be very different than in previous years.

In fact, you'll be happy to know that according to Pad Mapper, prices are on a downward trend this month since last month.

Here are some of the best listings around the city that offer air conditioning.
