Kraft Dinner's Instagram account got a lot of reactions in April when it announced the launching of "KD cheesy essential oils." This time, it's not an April Fools prank — six new flavours of Kraft Dinner just arrived in Montreal and they are far from your average mac n' cheese flavours.

Among the new flavours are some perfect for fans of spicier foods such as ghost pepper, jalapeño and Buffalo wings.

Health Canada is proposing to ban almost all vape flavours in Canada, according to a June 18 announcement

Although many of us won't be getting to go on a vacation anytime soon, different spots around Montreal can at least take you on a culinary trip around the world. Like Piklìz Comptoir Caribéen, which aims to "bring Caribbean flavours to you with love and authenticity."

The restaurant is owned by two Quebec brothers of Haitian origin, Akim Acacia and Abdel Acacia. The owners say the idea for Piklìz restaurant started after they held "a big outdoor cookout in Angrignon park and more than 100 people fell in love with [Abdel's] food that day."
