A cozy night in is best matched with a warm meal to indulge in. You get into your fluffy pyjamas, turn up the heater, and then, the internal battle begins. What restaurant is left to order from that you haven’t already had 100 times?

Having spent most of the year indoors, it’s fair to assume you’ve probably exhausted every single restaurant on your takeout bucket list. While some places have been forced to shut down, others have braved the pandemic and introduced even more tempting food and better experiences.

Holiday markets are one of the few things we can do for fun right now — and they won't be around much longer with non-essential businesses set to close on December 25. But if you're starting to tire of typical Christmas goods, this Saturday's holiday market at Leaves House on avenue McGill College is expected to be un-be-leaf-able!

Why? There will be over 60 types of tropical plants, including rare plants, as well as hand-made macrame and other plant-related gift ideas.

Enjoying a high-paying career used to mean trudging to an office every day. Well, not anymore. Companies have been retooling their workforces to contain the transmission of COVID-19, which means there are more remote job opportunities in Montreal than ever before.

Working remotely means a dramatic shortening of your daily commute because your office is just a few steps away from where you slept.
