When it comes to finding work-life balance, Canada seems to be among the top countries with an agreeable balance of the two, especially in Quebec.

Point2Homes, an online Canadian real estate marketplace, compiled a list of the top 100 Canadian cities with the best work-life balance and Quebec completely dominated the list. In fact, 12 cities within Quebec managed to make the top 20 — proving la belle province just might be more belle than we thought.

Point2 analysts looked into relevant data about the country’s 100 largest cities to determine where work-life fusion feels effortless.

The Canadian company combed through 30 key metrics, covering factors such as work Intensity, health and well-being, and livability. Work hours, available healthcare professionals, and commute woes were also taken into consideration. Point2 even factored in after-tax income, rent, and utilities.

So, which Quebec spots made the list?

Lévis, Quebec and Quebec City, which ranked first and second, are among the largest Canadian cities that offer the best chances at a good work-life balance. Per Point2, almost all Quebec cities analyzed managed to make the top third of the entire ranking.
