According to information available on the Quebec government website, people in their twenties are the most affected by COVID-19 in our province.

In fact, the 20-29 age group alone represents 15.8% of all confirmed cases since the beginning of the pandemic.

This is closely followed by the 40-49 age group, which accounts for 14.6% of the total.

The 50 to 59-year-olds, with 13.7%, and the 30 to 39-year-olds, with 13.3%, are the other age groups most affected.

Last weekend, François Legault invited young Quebecers to unite in the face of the virus and help convince the skeptics of its dangers. According to him, "there is nothing better than one young person to convince another young person."

The situation continues to rapidly evolve in Quebec. On Sunday, September 27, the daily report showed 896 new cases in the last 24 hours, a record since May 6. In total, 71,901 people have been infected in Quebec since the beginning of spring.
