This Ultra-Decadent New Cookie Spot In Montreal Looks Straight Out Of The '90s (PHOTOS)

Inflatable furniture + lava lamps + adult Dunkaroos = best nostalgia trip ever.
Senior Writer

After operating online since 2019, cookie company Sundaiz is opening its first brick-and-mortar location tomorrow — a bakehouse and café in Montreal. Not only are Sundaiz cookies ultra decadent and delicious, but they are also the perfect nostalgia trip for a couple of reasons.

First, they'll remind you of the best days of your childhood, which obviously involved fresh-baked cookies. Second, the new space looks like it's straight out of the '90s.

The café is tucked away in room #130 of the Lachine Canal Complex.

Decorated with lava lamps, smiley faces, neon and an inflatable pink bubble couch, it'll take you right back to the '90s and early 2000s.

If that's not enough reason to let your inner child or teenager run free, the cookies come in all sorts of fun flavours like "Oreo," "Cinnamon Roll" and "Fudgee-O."

Sundaiz also sells cookie cakes and cookie dips, which are basically adult Dunkaroos.

Sundaiz announced to Narcity Québec that they will soon offer picnic packages, which they'll organize along the Lachine Canal.

According to Narcity Québec, Sundaiz will be offering a free cookie to all customers on June 25 to celebrate the opening.
